Below are some reasons your code may not be working:

  1. You are not logged into your Metro Hobbies account. Click here to log in, once complete try to enter your code again.

  2. You have already used that code. Metro Hobbies promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it unfortunately won’t work again.

  3. The code has expired. Some codes have expiring dates, please check to ensure the code you want to use is still active.

  4. You haven't spent the minimum value or chosen products that are eligible. Some codes only apply to a specific product or range of products, double check that the items in your cart are valid. Some promotions have a minimum spend required to use the code, ensure you have reached the minimum spend (excl. shipping costs) to be eligible. Please read the terms and conditions of the promotion code on the email you received or on the promotion page on our website.

  5. The code has been entered incorrectly. Don't worry it happens! Ensure you have correctly entered the code, including any letters or words, be mindful of lowercase and uppercase letters and enter the code exactly the same.
